Design a Triennial Program to Improve Standards of Winemaking, Hygiene and Enological Capacities for Uruguayan Viticulture, including benchmarking, diagnostics, and implementation strategies.

- Design a Triennial Program to Improve Standards of Winemaking, Hygiene and Enological Capacities
- Conduct benchmarking and national surveys by bodega types
- Identify priority gaps in winemaking, hygiene, microbiology, infrastructure, equipment, analytics, traceability, and professional capabilities
- Develop a hierarchical improvement architecture while maintaining a common compliance floor
- Elaborate an implementation plan and Terms of Reference for the next phase of the program
What it takes
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Enology, Food Engineering, Agronomy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Spanish fluency
- Citizenship: Uruguayan or citizen of one of the 48 member countries, eligible for valid residency or work permit in Uruguay without BID sponsorship
- No family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at BID, BID Invest, or BID Lab
