Design the Sectorial Innovation, Sustainability and Adoption Agenda for Uruguayan Vitiviniculture, including prioritizing, establishing a temporal horizon, methodology for updating, governance architecture, initial portfolio of work lines, articulation and financing mechanisms, and a first 24-month operational plan.

- Citizenship: Uruguayan or citizen of one of the 48 member countries, eligible for valid residency or work permit in Uruguay without BID sponsorship
- No family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at BID, BID Invest, or BID Lab
