What you'll do

- Design at least three tailored action plans for each enterprise to improve infrastructure and market links.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the Waorani community to ensure feedback integration.
- Socialize results with the Wa lawn team and prepare a simplified work plan for leadership.
What it takes
- Master's degree in economics, business administration, or environmental sciences.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in similar projects.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Citizenship of Ecuador or one of the IDB member countries with legal permission to work in Ecuador.
