The role
IDB is seeking a dynamic and innovative Operations Consultant to support the Regional Programs Coordination in developing and monitoring the regional integration agenda, as well as contributing to strengthening the portfolio of binational funds.
What you'll do
- Contribute to defining and strengthening the regional logistics integration agenda.
- Comprehensively manage the lifecycle of projects within the Andean countries' binational fund portfolio.
- Lead processes for identifying and selecting new initiatives under the binational funds framework.
- Analyze project documentation and processes, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Support planning and logistics for regional integration-related workshops and events.
- Prepare reports and conduct periodic monitoring of the project portfolio.
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Public Policy, Law, Economics, Administration, Finance, Engineering or relevant fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
