What you'll do
- Support the design, planning, monitoring, execution, and closure of loan and technical cooperation operations
- Provide operational and fiduciary support to ensure efficient project management

- Offer technical assistance and training to executing entities on project management, planning, monitoring, risk management, financial management, procurement, and disbursements
- Support closure processes by verifying compliance with contractual, financial, and operational requirements
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of progressive experience in project management in the public and/or private sector with international financing
- Experience reviewing and/or implementing procurement processes with international organizations is valued
- Experience designing projects in the public sector is valued
- Experience working on BID-financed projects, especially supervision, operational management, procurement, financial management, disbursements, and portfolio tracking
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written
