The role

The IDB is seeking a dynamic consultant to lead the planning, programming, and monitoring of technical assistance and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project structuring in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role involves operating a Project Management Office (PMO), implementing governance frameworks, and managing complex interactions between governments and transaction advisors. The consultant will ensure technical quality, financial oversight, and adherence to institutional methodologies for infrastructure projects.
