The role
The Consultant will prepare the final report of the Country Analysis, including the analytical base and editable tools to be used by the UN Country Team in the Dominican Republic for continuous analytical work and as a foundation for prioritization and design of the next UN Development Cooperation Framework for Sustainable Development.

- Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder processes, including spaces with vulnerable or at-risk groups
- Experience in cross-border dynamics, human mobility, and working with vulnerable groups (desired)
- Experience in systems analysis, strategic foresight, multidimensional risk analysis, or related methodologies
- Knowledge of development financing, actor analysis, alliances, and capacity mobilization
