The role
The consultant will contribute to the development of governance, financing, and institutional coordination frameworks for implementing measures and projects related to Self-Imposed Sanctions (SP) and Contribution to Reparation Measures (MCR).
What you'll do
- Contribute to defining typologies and classifying measures and projects according to each typology
- Analyze barriers and propose solutions for institutional and operational challenges
- Develop a visualization platform and operational manual for public implementation of peace agreement measures
What it takes
- Professional in economics, industrial engineering, public administration, business administration, finance, political science, law, international relations or related fields
- Ten (10) years of experience in project management, design, development, implementation and evaluation of high-impact projects related to agriculture, rural development, territorial development, public policies or development programs
- Experience in public entities, international cooperation organizations, non-governmental organizations and/or private sector, as well as coordination of multi-sectorial and multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Exemplary writing skills for technical documents and reports
- Quantitative and qualitative information processing and analysis skills
- Data analysis skills in areas related to the design of financial instruments and financing mechanisms for social sectors
