The role
The consultant will be responsible for delivering Business Plan Export (BPE) training to small and medium-sized enterprises in Burundi, Gabon, Republic of Congo, and Democratic Republic of Congo.
What you'll do
- Provide coaching on the BPE methodology and support beneficiary companies in preparing their BPEs
- Identify a unique value proposition for each company and guide them to develop strong sales arguments
- Document meetings (minutes provided within two business days of the actual meeting date)
- Ensure all participants complete discussion reports after individual sessions
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, finance, international business or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in services sector and familiarity with SME capacity needs
- Familiarity with generic diagnostic tools
- Strategic thinking and effective communication skills
