The role
The Consultant/Regional Expert will support the UNEP/MAP Secretariat in updating the Resource Mobilization Strategy for 2028-2033, focusing on the implementation of the MTS 2028-2033 and the respective PoWs of the Barcelona Convention.

- Develop a coherent communication mechanism targeting donors/partners

- At least 7 years of relevant professional working experience
- Experience in resource mobilization in the Mediterranean region
- Knowledge of office software
- Fluency in English, working knowledge in French is desirable
