PATH is hiring a Consultant – TB Diagnostics to provide technical oversight and guidance on diagnostic-related activities under the Expand ELEVATE project.
What you'll do
- Work closely with PATH national team, NTEP state teams, STDCs, IRLs, and other stakeholders for effective planning and implementation of diagnostic-related project interventions.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to identify and address gaps in the TB diagnostic care cascade.
- Generate and disseminate actionable recommendations based on diagnostic cascade analyses.
- Support in-person and virtual mentoring and supervision of laboratory and diagnostic staff.
What it takes
- PhD OR postgraduate degree in Public Health, Microbiology, Laboratory Sciences, Health Administration
- Minimum 8 years of experience working in public health programs, with at least 4 years in TB elimination or diagnostic network management.
- Demonstrated expertise in TB diagnostics and laboratory network management.
