The role
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Division Chief, manage day-to-day tasks, and support strategic coordination and transversal follow-up of the Division's thematic agendas.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic executive support to the Division Chief
- Manage day-to-day administrative and logistical tasks
- Articulate the organization and preparation of logistical and documentation requirements
- Organize logistics and services for internal and external meetings
- Create letters of agreement, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Process payments for service invoices and letters of agreement
What it takes
- Technical degree in social sciences or relevant fields
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written
- Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable
- Citizenship of one of the 48-member countries of the IDB
- No family members working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab
