The role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a consultant to conduct a baseline assessment for the PROTECT SRHR project in six districts of Uganda. The role involves leading qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate community knowledge, attitudes, and practices regarding gender-based violence (GBV) and sexual reproductive health and rights (SRHR). The consultant will design data collection tools, manage field teams, and provide actionable recommendations to inform the SASA! Together methodology implementation. This assessment is critical for establishing project benchmarks and ensuring effective community engagement.
