The role
DanChurchAid is seeking a consultant to enhance the capacity of its MEAL teams and local partners in Project Cycle Management (GCP) in the Central African Republic.
What you'll do
- Conduct advanced training on GCP
- Administer pre- and post-tests to measure learning outcomes
- Develop and harmonize GCP tools
- Conduct training on indicator formulation and data collection
- Operationalize and coordinate Kobo Toolbox, Excel, and Power BI systems
- Support the development of a common MEAL-CGP toolbox
What it takes
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Social Science, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in MEAL and capacity building
- At least 3 years of experience in training NGOs and local partners
- Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops
- Proficiency in Kobo, advanced Excel, and Power BI
- Experience in the Central African Republic or a similar context
