What you'll do
- Provide technical input and contribute to the implementation of the wall decals for all eleven surfaces described in the approved design brief
- Collect and consolidate content for the approved design brief
- Liaise with in-house technical experts to draft, verify, and finalize written content
- Facilitate internal review and clearance for all content before release to the vendor
- Coordinate the relationship with the vendor from first render through to installation
- Verify installed elements against the approved renders and record defects for rectification/correction
What it takes
- University degree in communications, public information, journalism, science communication, graphic or visual communication design, publishing, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in coordinating external design, print, or installation vendors
- Experience in producing outreach and exhibition or signage content to an institutional visual identity
- Experience in revising and editing technical material for non-technical readers
- Excellent written and spoken English
