Consultant MEL Repositioning and Learning Sciences Advisory Support

The role

Ubongo is seeking an expert consultant to provide advisory support in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) repositioning and learning sciences. The consultant will be responsible for validating the MEL framework, developing a roadmap for STEM assessment tools, and designing a 'Learning Powerhouse' framework to measure child development outcomes.
