The role
The consultant will provide specialized technical expertise to support the Department of Operational Support in implementing the Global Fleet Optimization Initiative, focusing on improving LPV fleet management across United Nations field missions.
What you'll do
- Review all field missions’ Light Passenger Vehicle (LPV) holdings for alignment with approved fleet ceilings and operational requirements.
- Assess LPV utilization levels and identify opportunities to improve vehicle utilization through optimization measures.
- Monitor the implementation of approved LPV disposal and write-off programmes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop fleet performance indicators, dashboards, and analytical reports to monitor progress under the Global Fleet Optimization Initiative.
