The role
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a consultant to conduct a qualitative research evaluation on Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV) in Mixco, Guatemala. The study aims to generate actionable evidence regarding risk patterns, digital gender gaps, and response strategies among women and girls, including those in various mobility situations. The consultant will be responsible for document review, qualitative data collection through focus groups and key informant interviews, data analysis, and the production of reports to guide future programming and advocacy. This role requires adherence to trauma-sensitive research principles and the development of robust disclosure and referral protocols.
