The role

- Recent professional experience related to localization, partnerships, stakeholder mapping, civil society or institutional capacity in Syria
- Strong knowledge of Syria's local civil society, institutional structures, humanitarian/development actors and coordination environment
- Experience conducting stakeholder mapping, partnership assessments, organizational capacity assessments, localization studies, evaluations or related research
