The role
Consultancy to adapt and finalize the EMAP+ resource package for Ethiopia under the POWER program, supporting the Women's Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program.
What you'll do
- Review and adapt the EMAP+ resource package
- Validate the finalized resource package with relevant stakeholders
- Document adaptation decisions and their rationale
- Submit the finalized package and a short consultancy report
What it takes
- Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Social Marketing/Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in GBV prevention and behavior change programming
- Proven experience in adapting and contextualizing social change curriculum materials
- Familiarity with women-led and partner-centered approaches
- Fluency in English
- Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-cultural skills
