The role

Consultancy to adapt and finalize the EMAP+ resource package for Ethiopia under the POWER program, supporting the Women's Protection and Empowerment (WPE) program.

What you'll do

  • Review and adapt the EMAP+ resource package
  • Validate the finalized resource package with relevant stakeholders
  • Document adaptation decisions and their rationale
  • Submit the finalized package and a short consultancy report

What it takes

  • Degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Social Marketing/Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in GBV prevention and behavior change programming
  • Proven experience in adapting and contextualizing social change curriculum materials
  • Familiarity with women-led and partner-centered approaches
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-cultural skills
