The role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime is seeking a consultant to design and deliver an ethics and integrity Training-of-Trainers (ToT) programme for public officials in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

What you'll do

  • Design and develop a comprehensive ethics and integrity ToT programme tailored to the DRC public sector context
  • Deliver two ToT workshops for selected public officials in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Service and OSCEP

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in law, public administration or another relevant field
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in law, rule of law or similar area
  • Experience in providing legal and technical advisory services on anti-corruption
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience working with the United Nations, or a similar international organization
