Consultant - EmONC and PPH Situational Analysis

The role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a consultant to conduct a comprehensive situational analysis of Emergency Obstetric and Newborn Care (EmONC) and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) prevention in Papua New Guinea. The consultant will identify system and policy gaps, engage with national stakeholders, and develop an actionable implementation roadmap to strengthen maternal health services. This role requires extensive field experience in humanitarian or low-resource settings and technical expertise in maternal and reproductive health.
