The role
Develop a single Power Apps canvas app for the Evaluation Portal, integrating tracking and learning functionalities, ensuring compliance with the CODE model.
What you'll do
- Develop a single canvas app holding both the tracking side (evaluations, recommendations, workplan) and the learning side (report and lessons library)
- Read from enriched SQL views; write to base tables through stored procedures called via Power Automate
- Edit-lock so recommendations and workplan are editable only by an evaluation's linked people, and by IEU and Admin
- Develop Library with fast filtering on meta data (region, country, cluster, year, type, timing, language) and author-only editing
- Create scheduled six-month reminder flow on recommendations after MR endorsement, until implemented or closed as non-compliant

- Advanced university degree in Information Technology, software engineering, computer studies, similar relevant fields
- Experience with Power Apps canvas app development
- Azure SQL: tables, views, stored procedures and indexing
