The role

What it takes

  • Advanced university degree in sustainability, CSR, business administration, public administration, organizational development, or a related field.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, ESG, or related advisory work.
  • Experience preparing CSR, sustainability, ESG, or similar organizational reports and disclosures.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and report-writing skills.
  • Experience developing practical reporting frameworks, templates, or tools that support ongoing reporting and monitoring.
