The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Consultant to gather intelligence and information via desk research, key informant interviews, and other modalities to develop a report on KOICA, a major donor of International Development and Humanitarian Aid. The Consultant will work closely with the IRC team to understand KOICA's position, priorities, and preferences, and provide evidence-based recommendations for the IRC to pursue or cease consideration of KOICA as a funding partner.
