The role

Support the successful convening of key meetings and events, including the ISP-CWP informal technical meeting on the rules of procedure, the resumed first session of the Plenary of the ISP-CWP, the GEF 8 Global Supply Chains Forum, and the planetGOLD Global Forum.

What you'll do

  • Support the ISP-CWP Secretariat in convening the ISP-CWP informal technical meeting on rules of procedure and resumed first session of Plenary.
  • Support CSPU in convening the GEF8 Global Supply Chains Forum and ad hoc ICCA project meetings.
  • Support CSPU in convening the 2026 planetGOLD Global Forum.
  • Support overall branch with UNEP wide corporate exercise on Bank Cards reimbursements.

What it takes

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in administration, including three (3) years specifically in processing intergovernmental meeting participants' travel and supporting intergovernmental meeting logistics
  • Experience working in administration in the United Nations System or similar international organization providing administrative support is required
