The role
The consultant will contribute to finalizing three chapters and coordinating the activities and development of products related to other consultants involved in the project.
What you'll do
- Elaborate a chapter on international and regional trade of goods and services, including statistical information processing (approx. 40 pages)
- Elaborate a chapter on institutional aspects at the national level, public resources allocated to culture, and cultural cooperation in Ibero-America
- Extend the cultural policies chapter with a national and regional focus for the 2030 agenda and post-2030 recommendations (10-20 pages)
- Incorporate internal and counterpart comments on already drafted chapters during the contract period
- Coordinate activities and development timelines of assigned chapters by other consultants, including guiding chapter structure and reviewing partial and final versions
What it takes
- Completed studies in economics or related social sciences
- At least 2 years of experience in economic, social or cultural policy analysis in Latin America
- Fluent Spanish for report writing
- Basic English to review bibliographic material
