  • Ensure the adequacy of the proposed team structure and demonstrated experience in executing similar dam, water infrastructure or public works projects
  • Provide availability and adequacy of the required construction equipment, facilities, logistics, and mobilization plan for timely execution of the works
  • Demonstrate proven experience in construction of dams, water infrastructure, reinforced concrete structures, or similar civil engineering works of comparable scope and complexity
  • Ensure quality and relevance of completed projects, including client references, evidence of successful completion, and demonstrated performance on similar assignments
