The role
The role involves combining and analyzing financial data from Handicap International's network entities, ensuring data reliability, monitoring budgets, and advising managers on decision-making.
What you'll do
- Combine and analyse accounting, financial, budgetary and analytical information from the HI network entities
- Ensure financial production and reliability by ensuring consistency, reconciliation and traceability of data
- Monitor budgets, analyse variances and risks for a portfolio of directorates and National Associations
- Advise managers in decision-making
- Oversee financial data quality and optimise use of the department's Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehouse
What it takes
- Master's degree in finance, management control or audit
- Solid command of finance, accounting, management control and consolidation
- Advanced Excel and a data visualisation tool (ideally Power BI)
- Ability to structure data, formalise management rules, automate reporting
- Understanding of ERP, Data Warehouse and data governance environments
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
