What you'll do

- Offer academic monitoring and implementation service ensuring high-fidelity execution with quality assurance mechanisms and incident resolution.
- Establish conditions for full government ownership (systems, knowledge transfer, governance, and financing) with a measurable transition plan.

- Master's degree in educational measurement, statistics, psychometrics, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in education research, evaluation of programs, and/or design and implementation of large-scale learning assessments
- Experience in psychometric or statistical methods
- Experience with project and program results frameworks for PTF-funded projects such as the World Bank, AfDB, IDB, EU, etc.
- Regional and language expertise
