Assist with scheduling and logistics to meet production and customer needs, operate forklifts, and support shipping processes in a conifer nursery.
What you'll do
- Assist with scheduling and logistics to meet production and customer needs
- Effectively navigate and adapt packing schedule to ensure all timelines are met
- Support efficiency, accuracy and safety in shipping processes including loading trucks, creating BOLs, and inventory logistics
- Assist with inventory management to track inventory and map throughout the facility
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to support informed decision making
- Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner
What it takes
- 1 year of recent related experience with good work references
- Experience in safe forklift operation preferred
- Strong self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated to be highly adaptable and organized in frequently changing work environment
