The role
STOOS Consulting is seeking experts in various fields such as TVET, MSME development, agriculture, and more to build a comprehensive roster for potential project assignments.
What you'll do
- Conduct training-needs, labour-market, value-chain, institutional or enterprise assessments
- Design and adapt competency-based curricula, manuals, lesson plans and practical exercises
- Deliver technical training, workshops, Training of Trainers, coaching and mentoring
- Support entrepreneurs, MSMEs, cooperatives and producer groups
- Establish linkages with employers, buyers, suppliers, financial institutions and service providers
What it takes
- Relevant university degree, technical diploma, vocational certificate, professional licence or recognized trade qualification
- Experience delivering training, coaching, technical assistance or enterprise support
- Strong practical knowledge in at least one specialization area
- Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs, donors, public institutions, TVET centres, cooperatives or private-sector actors is desirable
- Strong communication, facilitation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in Arabic and/or English, depending on the assignment
