The role
The Compliance Auditor will serve as an in-house subject matter expert, performing clinical audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and contractual standards. What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree required (Health Administration, Science, or Nursing preferred).
- Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of 14 NYCRR regulations and behavioral health treatment standards.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and strong computer skills.
- Understanding of CMS (Medicaid/Medicare) and HIPAA compliance.
