Compliance and Data Protection Officer

The role

This role focuses on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) compliance, as well as Data Protection management. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring high-risk clients, managing regulatory reporting to entities like the CNBV and INAI, and ensuring the organization adheres to privacy laws. The position requires strong analytical skills to manage system alerts, databases, and internal audits to mitigate operational risks.
