What you'll do
- Provide group and individual support as identified in the consumer’s Individualized Personal Plan
- Develop opportunities for consumers to participate in community activities
- Facilitate and model interactive relationships with community members
- Complete required forms and accountability documentation
- Represent Hope Services in a professional manner
What it takes
- High school diploma or GED, plus two years of related experience
- Valid California driver’s license and clear driving record
- Positive and cooperative attitude toward consumer-driven service system
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations
- CPR and First Aid certification (provided by Hope Services)
