The role

Provides support and leadership for consumers to participate in activities and receive services in community settings.

What you'll do

  • Provide group and individual support as identified in the consumer’s Individualized Personal Plan
  • Develop opportunities for consumers to participate in community activities
  • Facilitate and model interactive relationships with community members
  • Complete required forms and accountability documentation
  • Represent Hope Services in a professional manner

What it takes

  • High school diploma or GED, plus two years of related experience
  • Valid California driver’s license and clear driving record
  • Positive and cooperative attitude toward consumer-driven service system
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations
  • CPR and First Aid certification (provided by Hope Services)
