The role

The Community Logistics Support Volunteer will assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) initiative under the direct supervision of the designated UNDP Project Officer.

What you'll do

  • Assist the Project Officer in preparing for all logistical aspects of the Technical Assistance Centre.
  • Support venue setup, including registration areas, service booths, waiting areas, directional signage, and meeting spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish materials and supplies as needed.
  • Serve as a logistical runner by transporting documents, equipment, supplies, and messages between event locations and stakeholders.

  • Previous experience supporting community events, logistics, volunteer activities, or project implementation is an asset.
