The role

Assist the Community team in engaging a volunteer community of over 200,000 language professionals, coordinate collaboration among volunteers, ensure healthy growth of the volunteer community, and support various administrative tasks.

Maintain effective communication with community members

Support in the planning, logistics and management of community engagement events and activities
Support in the recruitment of community members for in-CLEAR Global roles and their training and preparation for these
Support in the monitoring and development of community member dialogue within digital platforms
Support CLEAR Global teams in identifying opportunities for community member involvement within workflows and activities

What it takes

Eligible for the Erasmus+ traineeship
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong communication skills
Previous experience in translation and/or interpreting
Previous experience working with non-profit organizations
Familiarity with technology (with a special focus on translation and/or data entry tools)
