What you'll do
- Facilitate partnerships and networking among local stakeholders
- Build capacity for local partners on technical models
- Raise awareness of World Vision’s identity and approach
- Lead community level planning activities and facilitate annual community review sessions
- Support communities in developing and implementing disaster preparedness plans
What it takes
- 2-3 years of experience in community development or child-focused project implementation
- Experience working with local partners, communities, and government using participatory approaches
- Bachelor’s degree in community development, social sciences, education, public health, agriculture, or related fields
- Training in community development, child protection, DMEAL, or participatory facilitation is preferred
- Certification in project management is an advantage
- Valid motorbike driving license for field travel
