Community Disaster Program Manager
The role
The Community Disaster Program Manager leads and supports volunteer teams to execute disaster cycle services, including preparedness, response, and recovery efforts. This role involves mobilizing community partners, managing disaster readiness resources, and serving as a subject matter expert for the American Red Cross within a designated geographic area. The position requires frequent collaboration in a matrix environment and the ability to respond to disasters outside the region when necessary.
