What it takes

Bachelor’s degree in social science and development or another related field
At least 3 years of experience in community development and project management
Strong interpersonal experience with Sponsorship activities, program planning, implementation and monitoring
Experience with faith, community-based based and child-focused Empowerment programs
English /Intermediate level at least/ and Mongolian written and oral communication
Willingness to be flexible with hours when necessary and able to travel often in the field (50-60% of the time)
