Community Based Peer Specialist

The role

Endeavor Health Services is seeking a Community Based Peer Specialist to provide direct support, resources, and recovery guidance to individuals dealing with mental health, addiction, and homelessness. The role involves facilitating support groups, developing individualized recovery plans, and advocating for clients to access community services. The specialist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress, document encounters, and provide crisis counseling in the community.
