The role

The Community Affairs Coordinator will support the Philanthropy & Community Affairs team in coordinating volunteer activities, managing in-kind partnerships, and building relationships with local partners to improve the quality of life for PATH participants.

What you'll do

  • Support the Associate Director in the daily management of in-kind partnerships and programs
  • Strategize and collaborate with program teams to determine and prioritize needs
  • Manage and outreach for in-kind donation pick-ups and drop-offs
  • Manage and develop donation partnerships
  • Establish and regularly update volunteer schedules
  • Conduct strategic community outreach

What it takes

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One (1) year experience in non-profit development, community outreach, and/or volunteer management
  • Employment eligibility verification
  • CPR/First Aid training
