- Fluency in English and Ukrainian
- Experience in managing multimedia production (photography, videography, graphic design), including coordinating external service providers, and overseeing quality control of communication products
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and multimedia editing software for basic content production and adaptation when needed
- Experience in journalism or communications within international organizations and/or civil society organizations, or international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), or national and/or international media organizations
