The role
The consultant will provide specialized communications support to strengthen the visibility of IOM Poland's activities, with particular emphasis on public information, awareness raising and production of multimedia communication products supporting ongoing programmes, including activities related to refugees and migrants.
What you'll do
- Support the implementation of the mission's public information, communications and visibility strategy.
- Develop communication materials supporting IOM Poland's activities, including initiatives related to refugees and migrants.
- Produce digital communications content, including photography, videography, multimedia materials and social media products.
- Conduct interviews and collect testimonials from beneficiaries, partners and stakeholders in line with IOM communications standards.
- Manage and maintain IOM Poland's digital platforms, including the Country Office website and social media channels, ensuring the timely publication of content, audience engagement, and compliance with IOM branding, editorial and communication standards.
What it takes
- University degree in Communications, Journalism, Arts, International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Experience in communications, public information or media.
- Experience managing social media or digital communication campaigns.
- Experience supporting outreach, advocacy or awareness raising initiatives.
- Experience in photography and videography is highly desirable.
