What you'll do
- Support overall logistical planning and coordination for UN Women’s participation, including pre-conference workshop, side events, presentations, meetings and other commitments during SVRI, as well as the 16 Days of Activism and International Migrants Day.
- Assist in developing outreach emails, announcements, invitations, social media copy, website content, or other communication materials, as needed.
- Support the systematic collection, consolidation and management of data related to registration, activities, participants, partners, outputs and follow-up actions.
- Provide translation support for documents, emails, presentation materials, and guidance notes between Thai and English.
