  • Assist Operations and Finance teams with payment requests, billing, and invoicing.
  • Perform routine ICT technical tasks and support audio/visual setups for hybrid meetings.

What it takes

  • Secondary education required; university degree in Business or Public Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a high school diploma or 1 year with a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience using MS Office, database packages, and ERP management systems.
  • Prior experience in a UN agency, Embassy, or international organization is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of office filing systems and travel/logistics support.
