What you'll do

- Own the P&L, including revenue growth, margin optimization, and capital allocation.
- Manage commercial partnerships with buyers, processors, and distributors.
- Lead and mentor a team of workstream leads to foster a high-performing culture.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, market access, or commercial strategy.
- Deep understanding of agricultural value chains, particularly Coffee or Macadamia.
- Proven track record in financial modeling and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-workstream projects and stakeholder relationships.
