College Success Fellow

The role

The KIPP Forward College Success Fellow is a two-year commitment designed to provide transformational coaching and mentorship to recent high school graduates during their first two years of college. Fellows manage a caseload of students to support academic persistence, credit attainment, and career readiness through 1:1 advisement and data-driven interventions. This role requires extensive travel to assigned college campuses within the Hartford or New Haven regions of Connecticut to ensure students successfully navigate their higher education journey.
