What you'll do
- Lead the LMN Board of Trustees, keeping it focused on the charity's purpose and long-term strategic direction.
- Support and challenge the organization to ensure it remains effective, ethical, and financially sound.
- Chair board meetings and AGMs, facilitating discussion and helping the board reach decisions.
- Take urgent decisions, where authorised, between board meetings when it isn’t possible or practical to hold a trustee meeting.
