The role
World Relief is seeking a CMA Specialist to ensure timely and accurate administration of cash assistance to newly arrived refugees and asylees, and to manage their cases to ensure self-sufficiency.
What you'll do
- Receive CMA program referrals and schedule program enrollments
- Secure and schedule interpreters for program enrollments
- Complete CMA program enrollments with new clients
- Enter client data into the TXOR client track system and internal tracking systems
- Request debit card assignments
- Manage and maintain case load of multiple clients
